肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的护理干预

Nursing intervention for nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients

目的探讨肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的护理干预措施。方法选择本院2015年5月至2018年7月收治的接受化疗的淋巴癌恶心呕吐患者114例为研究对象,以简单随机法分为参照组和干预组各57例,参照组采取常规护理,干预组采取综合护理。观察对比两组患者护理效果。结果干预组恶心(12.28%)、呕吐(10.52%)发生率和严重程度均低于参照组(恶心47.37%、呕吐42.11%),且食欲减退发生率12.28%、睡眠质量评分(4.24±1.76)分均低于参照组[食欲减退发生率43.86%、睡眠质量评分(7.83±2.37)分],P<0.05。结论综合护理能降低肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心、呕吐发生率和严重程度,且能改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods 114 patients with nausea and vomiting of lymphoma received chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. 57 patients in the control group and 57 patients in the intervention group were randomly divided into the control group and the control group. Routine nursing was adopted in the reference group and comprehensive nursing was adopted in the intervention group. Observe and compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The incidence and severity of nausea(12.28%) and vomiting(10.52%) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(47.37% nausea and 42.11% vomiting). The incidence of anorexia and sleep quality score(4.24 +1.76) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(43.86% anorexia and 7.83 +2.37), P < 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients, and improve the sleep quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
