优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Quality Nursing Measures on Life Quality of Brain Tumor Surgical Patients

目的探究优质护理措施在脑肿瘤手术患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的80例脑肿瘤手术患者当作研究对象,从不同护理方法来进行均分为观察组与对照组,每组40例患者,对照组使用常规的护理方法,观察组使用优质护理措施,对两组患者生活质量、焦虑抑郁评分以及并发症出现率。结果观察组的各项生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的焦虑抑郁评分未有显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的焦虑抑郁评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症出现率为7.50%,对照组患者的并发症出现率为27.50%,观察组要明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑肿瘤手术患者利用优质护理措施的效果显著,有效改善患者的生活质量,缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,减少患者出现并发症的几率,临床上值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore effect of quality nursing measures on life quality of brain tumor surgical patients. Methods Choose 80 cases brain tumor patients treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as research objects. Divide them into observation and control group based on different nursing methods, 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing method, and observation group with quality nursing measures. Compare life quality, anxiety depression scores and complications incidence of two groups. Results Life quality scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, anxiety depression scores showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, anxiety depression scores of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05). Complications incidence of observation group was 7.50%, lower than 27.50% of control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing measures has remarkable effect on brain tumor patients, which can improve life quality of patients effectively, relieve their anxiety and depression, and reduce complications incidence, and is worthy of extensive application clinically.
