优质护理在支气管咯血患者中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Quality Nursing for Bronchial Hemoptysis Patients

目的浅析优质护理在支气管咯血患者中的临床效果分析。方法 84例样本数据研究资料均选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的支气管扩张咯血患者,采用计算机表法进行平均分组,观察组(n=42例)给予优质护理干预,对照组(n=42例)只给予常规护理治疗,对比两组患者的止血时间、咯血量的情况及护理服务质量满意度分别进行观察比较。结果观察组患者的咯血时间康复情况和生活质量均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在支气管扩张咯血患者中存在积极影响,有利于患者康复和生活质量的提升,后续工作中可加以推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of quality nursing for bronchial hemoptysis patients. Methods Choose 84 cases bronchiectasis hemoptysis patients in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. Divide them into groups in average with computer table method. Observation group(n=42) was treated with quality nursing intervention, and control group(n=42) with routine nursing treatment only. Observe and compare hemostasis time, hemoptysis volume and satisfaction degree of nursing service between two groups. Results Hemostasis time, recovery and life quality of observation group was better than control group, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing has positive effect on bronchiectasis hemoptysis patients, which is conducive to recovery and life quality improvement of patients, and is worthy of promotion during follow-up work.
