早期康复护理对脑血管疾病偏瘫患者的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Hemiplegia Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探究早期康复护理对脑血管疾病偏瘫患者的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月我院收治脑血管疾病偏瘫患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(常规护理+早期康复护理)30例,和对照组(常规护理)30例。观察对比两组患者日常成活活动能力、上、下肢体运动功能、生活质量和对护理工作满意度。结果两组相比,实验组患者日常生活能力较强,上、下肢体运动功能较好,生活质量较高。实验组患者对护理工作满意率为100%高于对照组66.7%。两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为脑血管疾病患者提供早期康复护理,可帮助患者恢复肢体功能、提高生活质量,从而提升护理水平。

Objective To explore effect of early rehabilitation nursing on hemiplegia patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Choose 60 cases hemiplegia patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 as research objects. Divide them into experimental group(routine nursing±early rehabilitation nursing) 30 cases and control group(routine nursing) 30 cases randomly. Observe and compare daily living ability, motor function of upper and lower limbs, life quality and satisfaction with nursing work between two groups. Results Comparison showed, experimental group has stronger daily living ability, better motor function of upper and lower limbs and higher life quality. Satisfaction with nursing work in experimental group was 100%, higher than 66.7% in control group. Difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can help recover limbs function, improve life quality, and improve nursing level for patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
