个案护理管理模式的实施在老年股骨转子间骨折实现快速康复的应用效果

Application of Case Nursing Management Model in Achieving Rapid Rehabilitation of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly

目的探讨个案护理管理在老年股骨转子间骨折实现快速康复的应用效果。方法成立个案护理管理团队,对患者治疗及康复全过程进行个体化的护理、质量追踪、监督及改进,提高康复效果。选取2017年5月至2018年5月本科收治的老年股骨转子间骨折患者40例设为观察组,在其诊疗全程中给予个案护理管理模式进行管理。将2016年2月至2017年4月老年股骨转子间骨折患者40例设为对照组,诊疗过程中仅给予常规护理。对比两组患者康复情况及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者经过个案护理管理整体平均比对照组患者缩短2-5个住院日,观察组护理满意度为97.5%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨转子间骨折患者诊疗期间实施个案管理模式,可缩短患者总住院日,减少患者经济负担,提高护理质量及护理满意度,实现快速康复的应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of case nursing management in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture to achieve rapid rehabilitation. Methods Case nursing management team was set up to individualize nursing, quality tracking, supervision and improvement in the whole process of patients’ treatment and rehabilitation, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect. 40 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to the undergraduate department from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation group, and case nursing management mode was given during the whole course of diagnosis and treatment. 40 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur from February 2016 to April 2017 were divided into control group, and only routine nursing was given in the course of diagnosis and treatment. Rehabilitation and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The average length of hospitalization in the observation group was 2-5 days shorter than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of case management mode during the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can shorten the total hospitalization days, reduce the financial burden of patients, improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, and achieve the application effect of rapid rehabilitation.
