品管圈在临床护理中的应用效果分析

目的研究分析在临床护理工作中采用品管圈的应用效果。方法由我院某科室护理人员于2018年2月1日成立品管圈小组,共11人,同时选取品管圈实施前后各80例病例作为研究对象,按照品管圈的活动步骤,对我科室护理文书中存在的护理问题实施具有针对性的活动,对品管圈实施前后的有形成果及无形成果进行对比分析,探讨品管圈的应用效果。结果在品管圈实施后,我科室中护理文书差错率明显下降,并且我科室护理人员的工作责任心、工作积极性等方面有了明显的提升。结论在临床护理工作中采用品管圈,有着较好的临床应用效果,可大力推广实行。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of using quality control circle in clinical nursing work. Methods A quality control circle group was set up by a nursing staff in our hospital in February 1, 2018, a total of 11 people. At the same time, 80 cases before and after the implementation of quality control circle were selected as the research objects. According to the activity steps of the quality control circle, the nursing problems in the nursing documents of our department were carried out targeted activities, and the physical quality control circle before and after the implementation was carried out. The results and intangible achievements are compared and analyzed, and the application effect of QC is discussed. Results After the implementation of the quality control circle, the incidence of adverse care events in our department decreased significantly, and the work responsibility and work enthusiasm of our department nurses were significantly improved. Conclusion The use of quality control circle in clinical nursing work has a good clinical application effect and can be promoted and implemented.
