摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式与CBL教学模式应用于产科临床护理学教学中的效果对比。方法随机选取我院新入院护士96名作为观察对象,并将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组学生采取CBL教学模式,观察组则采用PBL教学模式,并将两组护士的护理质量评分、护理缺陷事件发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组的护理质量评分为94.49±1.87分,较对照组的77.23±1.37分高;观察组的护理缺陷事件发生率为6.52%,明显低于对照组的23.91%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学模式应用于产科临床护理学教学中取得的教学效果良好,应大力推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect comparison between PBL teaching mode and CBL teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics. Methods 96 nurses in our hospital were randomLy selected as the observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted the CBL teaching mode, while the observation group adopted the PBL teaching mode, and compared the nursing quality score and the incidence rate of nursing defects between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was 94.49±1.87, higher than that of the control group 77.23±1.37. The incidence of nursing defects in the observation group was 6.52%, significantly lower than the control group 23.91%, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics has achieved good results and should be promoted.
