奥硝唑、替硝唑和甲硝唑在口腔治疗中的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of Ornidazole, Tinidazole and Metronidazole in Oral Therapy

目的探讨奥硝唑、替硝唑和甲硝唑在口腔治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1-12月在我院口腔科接受治疗的急性冠周炎患者60例,根据入院检查顺序随机分A、B、C三组,每组各20病例。A组、B组、C组分别使用奥硝唑、替硝唑和甲硝唑浸润无菌小球置入到牙周盲袋中治疗。7d为一个疗程,分别对比一个疗程、两个疗程三组患者的治疗效果。结果一疗程后,A组和B组的治疗效果优于C组,不良反应发生率低于C组,P<0.05。结论奥硝唑、替硝唑和甲硝唑治疗急性牙周炎均有效,其中甲硝唑的起效慢、并发症较多,奥硝唑和替硝唑的治疗效果无明显差异,一周内有显著疗效,且不良反应发生率较低,推广价值更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ornidazole, tinidazole and metronidazole in oral therapy. Methods Sixty patients with acute periarthritis who were treated in the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of admission, including A, B and C. Each group had 20 cases. Group A, group B, and group C were treated with ornidazole, tinidazole, and metronidazole infiltrated sterile beads into the periodontal blind bag. 7 d is a course of treatment, comparing the therapeutic effects of three groups of patients with one course and two courses. Results After one course of treatment, the treatment effect of group A and group B was better than that of group C. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of group C, P<0.05. Conclusion Ornidazole, tinidazole and metronidazole are effective in the treatment of acute periodontitis. Metronidazole has slow onset and more complications. There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of ornidazole and tinidazole. Efficacy, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the promotion value is higher.
