动眼神经麻痹在临床较为常见,目前西医治疗该病对于功能恢复并不理想,针灸是较好的治疗方法。全国名老中医高维滨教授应用针刺结合电针治疗眼肌麻痹疗效显著,本文报道作者应用高教授针刺结合电针的方法治愈格林-巴利综合征导致的动眼神经麻痹验案1例,以期为广大同仁提供治疗新思路。
