Objective To explore the application value of minimally invasive drainage in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods According to the study inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 79 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were included in our hospital. The treatment time was from July 2016 to July 2018, and the minimally invasive drilling drainage was performed during the study. Observation group. In the same period, another 79 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent craniotomy hematoma evacuation for the study reference group. The analysis and data comparison were carried out on the clinical treatment and prognosis of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The improvement of neurological deficit score, hematoma volume and ADL score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion Minimally invasive drilling and drainage for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect. The patient recovers quickly and the hematoma clearance effect is ideal.
