Analysis of Clinical Nursing Effect of Cough Variant Asthma

目的分析咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床护理效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年10月到本院接受治疗的81例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为参照组、实验组。参照组41例,实行常规护理;实验组40例,则给予系统性护理干预。对比两组疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间和生活质量以及复发率与护理满意率。结果实验组疗效显著高于参照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05);实验组症状消失、住院时间及生活质量均显著优于参照组,同时实验组复发率及护理满意度也优于参照组,数据差异较大(P<0.05)。结论对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者给予系统性临床护理干预效果显著,既能缩短住院时间,提高生活质量,又能减少复发率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of cough variant asthma. Methods Eighty-one patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled as the study subjects. They were randomLy divided into reference group and experimental group. Forty-one patients in the reference group were given routine care;in the experimental group, 40 patients were given systemic nursing intervention. The efficacy, disappearance time, hospitalization time and quality of life, as well as recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control reference group. The data between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05). The symptoms disappeared, the hospitalization time and quality of life were significantly better than the reference group, and the recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were also better than the reference group, the data was different(P<0.05). Conclusion Systemic clinical nursing intervention for patients with cough variant asthma is effective, which can shorten hospitalization time, improve quality of life, reduce recurrence rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
