选择性椎间孔神经阻滞及皮内神经阻滞联合臭氧注射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Selective Intervertebral Nerve Block Combined with Subcutaneous Nerve Block and Ozone Injection in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨选择性椎间孔神经阻滞联合皮内神经阻滞及臭氧注射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果。方法选取带状疱疹后神经痛患者96例为该次研究对象,然后随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行选择性椎间孔神经阻滞注射治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上行臭氧注射治疗,观察两组治疗后临床效果。结果观察组患者经治疗后其视觉模拟评分(VAS)与治疗起效时间均低于对照组,且临床疗效较之对照组更理想,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对带状疱疹后神经痛患者行选择性椎间孔神经阻滞联合皮内神经阻滞及臭氧注射治疗后,其临床疗效显著,能有效缓解其疼痛症状,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of selective intervertebral nerve block combined with intradermal nerve block and ozone injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Ninety-six patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected as the study subjects, and then randomLy divided into control group and observation group. The control group received selective intervertebral foramen nerve block injection, while the observation group received ozone injection on the basis of the control group, to observe the clinical effect of two groups after treatment. Results The visual analog scale(VAS) and the onset time of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the clinical efficacy was better than the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After selective intervertebral foramen nerve block combined with intradermal nerve block and ozone injection in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, its clinical effect is significant, which can effectively alleviate its pain symptoms and is worthy of clinical application.
