1例巨大马德龙综合症护理体会

Nursing Experience of 1 Case of Giant Madelung Syndrome

马德龙综合症是一种比较少见的脂肪代谢障碍引发的脂肪组织弥漫性、对称性沉积于颈肩部皮下浅筋膜间隙和(或)深筋膜间隙的疾病。其主要采取的是手术治疗,由于病程较长,再加上手术对患者造成的创伤,患者的伤口愈合缓慢,给患者身心造成严重的损伤。因此,做好该病患者的护理工作是非常重要的。本研究对1例巨大马德龙综合症患者的资料进行了回顾性分析,并总结了严密的护理措施。

Madelung’s syndrome is a rare disease in which adipose tissue is diffusely and symmetrically deposited in the subcutaneous superficial fascial space and/or deep fascial space of the neck and shoulder.Surgical treatment is the main method,because of the long course of the disease and the trauma caused by the operation, the wound healing of the patients is slow, which causes serious physical and mental damage to the patients.Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in nursing patients with this disease.This study retrospectively analyzed the data of a patient with giant madelung syndrome and summarized the strict nursing measures.
