SICU针对性心理指导在降低患者谵妄发生率中的作用

The Role of SICU Targeted Psychological Guidance in Reducing the Incidence of Delirium in Patients

目的探讨SICU针对性心理指导在预防谵妄中的效果。方法选择543例患者分为对照组(2017年1月1日至2017年6月30日入住本科的263例患者采用常规心理指导预防谵妄)与观察组(2017年7月1日至2017年12月31日的280例患者采用SICU针对性心理指导预防谵妄)。比较两组在本科住院期间谵妄发生情况。结果观察组谵妄发生率明显低于对照组,两组结果比较有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的满意度,观察组明显高于对照组,经比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在SICU谵妄预防工作中践行针对性心理指导大大降低了患者谵妄发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of SICU targeted psychological guidance in the prevention of delirium. Methods 543 patients were divided into control group(263 patients admitted to our department from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017 were prevented from delirium by routine psychological guidance) and observation group(280 patients from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 were prevented from delirium by SICU targeted psychological guidance). The incidence of delirium during hospitalization was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of delirium in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In SICU delirium prevention work, the practice of targeted psychological guidance greatly reduces the incidence of delirium in patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
