对乳腺癌患者围术期进行人性化护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Humanized Nursing for Breast Cancer Patients during Perioperative Period

目的探讨人性化护理在乳腺癌患者围术期中的护理效果。方法选取2015年1月～2018年7月我院收治的100例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为人性化组(50例)和常规组(50例),常规组患者接受常规护理,人性化组患者在此基础上接受人性化护理,并比较不同组患者护理效果。结果人性化组患者止痛剂使用次数、患侧止痛功能锻炼时间、引流管拔出时间和夜间睡眠时间均明显优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前,人性化组和常规组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后人性化组患者SAS和SDS评分显著低于常规组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预在乳腺癌患者围术期中护理效果满意,不仅能有效改善患者不良心理情绪,同时还能促进患者早日恢复。

Objective To explore nursing effect of humanized nursing on breast cancer patients during perioperative period. Methods Choose 100 cases breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018, divide them into two groups according to random number table method, 50 cases in humanized group and 50 cases in routine group. Routine group was treated with routine nursing, and humanized group with humanized nursing on above basis. Compare nursing effects of different groups. Results Number of analgesics use, analgesic function exercise time of affected side, drainage tube extubation time and night sleeping time in humanized group was significantly better than routine group(P<0.05). Before treatment, SAS and SDS scores showed no significant difference between humanized and routine group(P>0.05). After treatment, SAS and SDS scores in humanized group were significantly lower than routine group and before treatment,(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention has satisfactory nursing effect on breast cancer patients during perioperative period, which can not only improve bad psychological mood of patients effectively, but promote their early recovery.
