分析血清IgA/C3水平用于诊断IgA肾病的临床价值

摘要 目的分析血清IgA/C3水平用于诊断血清免疫球蛋白(IgA)肾病的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月~2017年12月我院收治的44例IgA肾病患者作为研究组,选取41例非IgA肾病者作为对照组,并比较不同组患者IgA和C3水平,同时根据Lee's标准将IgA肾病患者分为3级,分析IgA/C3在诊断IgA中的应用价值。结果研究组患者IgA和IgA/C3比值显著高于对照组,而C3水平则低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),根据Lee's分级的IgA肾病患者其IgA、C3以及IgA/C3比值比较差异不显著(P<0.05)。结论血清IgA/C3比值与IgA肾病患者病情以及病理改变密切相关,临床上可将其作为诊断IgA肾病的重要指标。 Objective To analyze clinical value of serum IgA/C3 level in diagnosis of serum immunoglobulin(IgA) nephropathy. Methods Choose 44 cases IgA nephropathy patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 as research group, and 41 cases with non-IgA nephropathy as control group, and compare IgA and C3 levels in different groups. At the same time, divide IgA nephropathy patients into three levels according to Lee’s standard, and analyze application value of IgA/C3 in diagnosis of IgA. Results Ratio of IgA and IgA/C3 in research group was significantly higher than control group, while C3 level lower than control group. Difference showed significance between two groups(P< 0.05). IgA, C3 and IgA/C3 Ratio of IgA nephropathy patients based on Lee’s standard showed no significant difference,(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum IgA/C3 ratio is closely related to condition and pathological changes of IgA nephropathy patients, which can be an important index in diagnosis of IgA nephropathy clinically.
