探讨中药足浴联合开塞露治疗产后尿潴留的治疗效果与护理措施

Discussion on the Therapeutic Effect and Nursing Measures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Kaisailu in the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的探析对产后尿潴留患者用中药足浴、开塞露联合治疗的临床效果及对应护理干预措施。方法取笔者所在产科产后出现尿潴留患者为分析对象,诊疗时间为2015年3月至2017年2月,从该群体中随机抽取160例,根据对产妇尿潴留治疗方案差异将其进行分组,对照组单纯用开塞露塞肛门治疗,观察组在开塞露塞肛的基础上联合中药足浴,对患者临床数据归纳后比较联合治疗对产后尿潴留的治疗效果及相关护理措施。结果相对于对照组患者,观察组尿潴留治疗总有效率显著更高且有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对产后尿潴留10min、30min、60min排尿有效率等数据相对于对照组产妇有显著优越性且存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后尿潴留患者采取中药足浴、开塞露联合以护理为主的治疗手段和护理措施对病情有良好的干预效果,同时配合针对性护理措施对于产妇的舒适感以及满意度均有积极影响,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and Corresponding nursing interventions for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention patients with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and Kaisailu. Methods Patients with urinary retention after delivery in the obstetrics and gynaecology department of the author were included in the analysis. The time of diagnosis and treatment was from March 2015 to February 2017. One hundred and sixty patients were randomly selected from the group, and they were grouped according to the differences in maternal urinary retention treatment. The group was treated with Kaisailu alone. The observation group was treated with Kaishulu on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment. The clinical data of the patients were compared and the therapeutic effects of combined treatment on postpartum urinary retention and related nursing measures were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of urinary retention in the observation group was significantly higher and statistically significant(P<0.05). The data of urinary retention for 10 min, 30 min and 60 min efficiency of urination in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of postpartum urinary retention patients with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and Kaisailu has a good intervention effect on the disease. At the same time, the targeted nursing measures have positive effects on maternal comfort and treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
