体位护理对手术室长时间手术的脑瘤患者形成压力性损伤的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Postural Nursing on the Formation of Stress Injury in Patients with Brain Tumors Undergoing Long-term Operation in the Operating Room

目的分析体位护理对手术室长时间手术的脑瘤患者形成压力性损伤的影响。方法选取2016年10月-2018年11月本院脑瘤手术者60例,分为参照组(普通护理)和观察组(体位护理)。比较护理效果。结果比较参照组,观察组压力性损伤发生率低,患者满意度高(P<0.05)。结论实施体位护理对手术室长时间手术的脑瘤患者减少压力性损伤发生和提高患者满意度具有促进作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of postural care on the formation of pressure sores in patients with brain tumors who have been operated for a long time in the operating room. Methods Sixty patients with brain tumor surgery from October 2016 to November 2018 were selected and divided into reference group(general care)and observation group(post position nursing). Compare the effects of care. Results Compared with the reference group, the incidence of pressure ulcers was low and the patient satisfaction was high(P< 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of positional care can promote the occurrence of pressure ulcers and improve patient satisfaction in patients with brain tumors who have been operated for a long time in the operating room.
