运用王清任“通窍活血汤”治疗多囊卵巢综合征临证验案

Clinical Experience of Treating Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with "Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction" by Wang Qingren

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是生育年龄妇女常见的一种复杂的内分泌及代谢异常所致的疾病。该病在生育年龄的妇女中有6%-10%患有该病。目前中医界普遍把多囊卵巢综合征分为肾虚血瘀型、脾虚痰湿型、痰瘀互结型。我们在前人研究的基础上运用王清任的"通窍活血汤"治疗多囊卵巢综合征获得了较好的疗效。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder which can be commonly seen in women of reproductive age. The disease affects 6 to 10 percent of women of reproductive age.At present, PCOS is generally divided into kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, spleen deficiency and phlegmdampness type, phlegm-stasis mutual junction type. On the basis of previous studies, we have applied Wang qingren’s'Tongqiaohuoxue decoction' for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and obtained good efficacy.
