转移注意力对一例中毒患者血液灌流的舒适影响

The Effect of Distraction on Hemoperfusion in an Intoxication Patient

目前血液灌流已成为有机磷农药中毒的主要治疗手段,而血液灌流过程中,病人单侧肢体的制动、体位的特殊要求,以及病人对治疗的不了解和环境的陌生,病人主观感觉不适,不能很好的配合治疗,造成血液灌流不能顺利进行,影响治疗效果。现报告1例有机磷中毒患者,在行血液灌流治疗的过程中,通过转移注意力的方法对病人舒适的影响。护理的关键在于通过转移注意力,取得病人的信任,和病人建立良好的朋友关系,观察病人的舒适程度,主要从病人的生命体征,治疗配合程度,自我表达,满意度的评价四个方面来衡量,取得了良好的效果。

At present, hemoperfusion has become the main treatment method of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. In the process of hemoperfusion, the patient’s unilateral limb immobilization, the special requirements of posture, and the patient’s ignorance of the treatment and the unfamiliar environment make the patient feel uncomfortable and unable to cooperate well with the treatment, resulting in the failure of hemoperfusion. It can proceed smoothly and affect the therapeutic effect. A case of organophosphorus poisoning was reported. During the course of hemoperfusion, the influence of distraction on the comfort of the patient was studied. The key of nursing lies in transferring attention, gaining patients’ trust, establishing good friendship with patients, observing patients’ comfort, mainly from the patients’ vital signs, treatment coordination, self-expression, satisfaction evaluation four aspects to measure, and achieved good results.
