优质护理对老年脑梗塞患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响观察

Effect of Quality Nursing on Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的观察优质护理对老年脑梗塞患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法回顾我院2017年10月-2018年11月收治的82例老年脑梗塞患者临床资料,随机将其分为对照组、实验组,每组41例。对照组常规护理,实验组优质护理,对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度较高,实验组NIHSS评分较低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于老年脑梗塞患者中,护理效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were retrospectively divided into control group and experimental group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, the experimental group received highquality care, and the two groups of nursing effects were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the daily life ability, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher. The NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower(P< 0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing is used in elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and the nursing effect is significant and worth promoting.
