心脏病围术期优质护理应用

Perioperative Quality Care for Heart Disease

目的分析心脏病围术期优质护理的内容和效果。方法用"数字随机表分组法"将2016年3月至2018年2月在本院接受手术治疗的60例先天性心脏病患儿分为30例/组。对照组行常规手术护理,观察组采取围术期优质护理。对比两组术后并发症和住院情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率(10.00%)要明显低于对照组(30.00%),观察组患儿住院费用(1.53±0.18万元)更低,住院时间(8.52±1.18d)更短(P<0.05)。结论在心脏病围术期提供优质护理服务,可以很好地预防并发症,改善手术结局。

Objective To analyze the content and effect of perioperative quality nursing for heart disease.Methods Sixty children with congenital heart disease who underwent surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were divided into 30 cases each groups using the 'digital random table grouping method'. Control group performed routine surgical care, observation group used perioperative quality care. Compare postoperative complications and hospitalization. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(10.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%). The hospitalization expenses(1.53±0.18 million) were lower in the observation group and the hospitalization time(8.52±1.18 days) was shorter(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing quality care during the perioperative period of heart disease can prevent complications and improve surgical outcomes.
