探讨高龄尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理方法及效果

Explore the Nursing Methods and Effects of Hemodialysis Induction Period in Elderly Uremic Patients

目的探讨对高龄尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理干预及效果。方法将75例高龄尿毒症病患随机分成观察组(38例)与对照组(37例),两组均给予血液透析治疗,期间给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组诱导期综合护理,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理1个月后心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能及物质功能各生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对高龄尿毒症患者,在患者血液透析诱导期予以综合护理干预,可显著提高患者生活质量,改善患者预后,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention and effect of hemodialysis induction period in elderly patients with uremia. Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with uremia were randomly divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(37 cases). Both groups were given hemodialysis treatment. During the period, the control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing during the induction period. The effect of the two groups of care. Results The scores of psychological function, social function, physical function and material function of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after one month of nursing, and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with uremia, comprehensive nursing intervention during the hemodialysis induction period can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
