摘要
目的评价在医院发热门诊中应用人性化护理措施的临床现实意义。方法选择400例发热患者,根据时间先后顺序分为两组。2017年10月至2018年9月抽选的患者作为研究组(n=200)应用人性化护理措施,2016年10月至2017年9月抽选的患者作为对照组(n=200)应用常规护理。评价及对比两组的护理质量、患者对临床护理服务的满意性。结果研究组对临床护理服务的满意性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医院发热门诊中应用人性化护理措施,提高门诊服务质量,同时还可获得更多患者的信任度与满意性,有利于增进护患感情。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of applying humanized nursing measures in hospital fever clinics. Methods Four hundred patients with fever were selected and divided into two groups according to the time sequence. Patients selected from October 2017 to September 2018 were used as study group(n =200) with humanized nursing measures, and patients selected from October 2016 to September 2017 were used as control group(n=200) with routine nursing. To evaluate and compare the quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction with clinical nursing service between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the study group on clinical nursing services was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing measures in hospital fever clinics can improve the quality of outpatient services, and at the same time, it can gain more patients’ trust and satisfaction, which is conducive to enhancing the relationship between nurses and patients.
