应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)对激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床观察分析

Clinical Observation and Analysis of Laser Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema by Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)

目的评价应用光学相干断层扫描(OCT)对激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法选入2017年8月至2018年7月我院收治的激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者90例180眼,激光治疗之前与之后三个月利用OCT检查,观察治疗前后的影响特点、视力与黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度指标的变化情况。结果在黄斑中心凹的500μm之内,有100眼为局限类型渗漏,50眼为弥漫类型的渗漏,30眼为囊样水肿。在治疗之后的三个月,视力指标上升。结论在激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的过程中,采用OCT检查方式能够进行早期的准确诊断与评估,合理的进行治疗效果监测,具有较高的推广优势^([1])。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of optical coherence tomography(OCT) on laser treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods A total of 180 eyes of 90 patients with diabetic macular edema admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. OCT was used before and after laser treatment to observe the influence characteristics, visual acuity and changes of macular foveal retinal thickness before and after treatment. Results Within the fovea of the macula, 100 eyes were of limited type of leakage, 50 eyes were diffuse type of leakage, and 30 eyes were cystic edema. In the three months after treatment, the visual acuity index rose. Conclusion In the process of laser treatment of diabetic macular edema, OCT examination can be used for early accurate diagnosis and evaluation, and reasonable monitoring of therapeutic effects has a high promotion advantage[1].
