颈部血管超声检查对脑梗死的诊断作用分析

在神经系统疾病中,脑血管疾病相对较高,很容易会导致患者死亡。即使他们存活下来,也会有后遗症。急性缺血性脑血管疾病包括脑供血不足、短暂性脑缺血发作和脑梗死等,其发病率不断得增加,迫切得需要引起注意,早期诊断和治疗可以有效改善预防。目的分析和探讨颈部血管超声检查对于脑梗死诊断的重要性。方法将我院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的疑似脑梗死患者作为研究对象,总共48例,应用经颅多普勒超声和颈部血管超声波分别进行检查,最终以头颅CT作为对比标准。结果应用经颅多普勒超声检查对脑梗死病变的灵敏度则为95.00%,特异度为71.43%;颈部血管超声检查对于脑梗死病变的特异度为87.50%,灵敏度表现则为97.50%;两种检查方式产生的诊断数据没有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论颈部血管超声检查在脑梗死诊断中能够提供强有力的依据,有助于了解患者的病变血管内的血流动力情况和有无形成斑块的情况,为脑梗死的病因有一定参考价值,具有很好的临床诊断效果。

In neurological diseases, cerebrovascular disease is relatively high and can easily lead to death. Even if they survive, there will be sequelae. Acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases include cerebral insufficiency, transient ischemic attack and cerebral infarction. The incidence of cerebral ischemia is increasing, and it is urgent to draw attention. Early diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve prevention. Objective To analyze and explore the importance of cervical vascular ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 48 patients with suspected cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound and cervical vascular ultrasound were used for examination, and the head CT was used as the comparison standard. Results The sensitivity of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography for cerebral infarction was 95.00% and the specificity was 71.43%. The specificity of cervical vascular ultrasonography for cerebral infarction was 87.50%, and the sensitivity was 97.50%. The diagnostic data generated by the examination method was not statistically significant, P>0.05. Conclusion Cervical vascular ultrasonography can provide a strong basis for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction, and it is helpful to understand the blood flow in the patient’s diseased blood vessels and the presence or absence of plaque formation. It has certain reference value for the cause of cerebral infarction and has a good clinical diagnosis.
