健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Health Checkup Path in Quality Care Service in Medical Center

目的探究健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的应用价值。方法入选此次研究中的140例体检者均选自我院体检中心2017年2月至2018年3月,依据护理服务的不同平均分为观察和对照两组,即70例观察组实施健康体检路径,70里对照组实施常规体检流程,比较两种模式的应用价值。结果①观察组体检时间少于对照组,体检效率评分以及可信度评分高于对照组,组间数据经比较形成统计学意义;②观察组护理礼仪、沟通能力、主动服务、健康教育分数高于对照组,组间数据形成统计学意义;③观察组护理满意度经计算后为97.15%,对照组护理满意度经计算后为87.14%,组间数据经比较以P<0.05为差异。结论体检中心优质护理服务应用健康体检路径可提升体检效率以及服务质量,临床应用价值存在。

Objective To explore the application value of health checkup pathways in quality care services in medical examination centers. Methods The 140 medical examinations selected in this study were selected from the physical examination center of our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018. According to the different average of nursing services, the observation and control groups were divided into two groups, that is, 70 observation groups were implemented with healthy physical examination path, and 70 years old control group was subjected to routine physical examination process, and the application value of the two models was compared. Results Firstly, the physical examination time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The physical examination efficiency score and the reliability score were higher than the control group. The data between the groups were statistically significant. Secondly, the observation group had high nursing etiquette, communication ability, active service and health education score. In the control group, the data between the groups formed statistical significance. Thirdly, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was calculated after 97.15%, and the satisfaction of the control group was calculated to be 87.14%, and the data between the groups were compared with P<0.05. Conclusion The application of health checkup path in quality care center of physical examination center can improve the efficiency of medical examination and the quality of service, and the clinical application value exists.
