尿道二次电切治疗T＿1期非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Secondary Urethral Resection on T＿1 Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

目的分析尿道二次电切治疗T_1期非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法我院在2017年1月至2018年1月收治40例T_1期非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,这些患者首次进行尿道二次电切治疗,并在后期给予Re-TUR治疗。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,未发现并发症的存在。术后通过病理检查分析,发现有5例复发,其中的2例为肿瘤基底肿瘤残留、3例为新发肿瘤。随访三个月后,复发患者达到7例,其中的Re-TUR治疗阳性为3例,Re-TUR治疗阴性为4例。结论经过尿道二次电切治疗T_1期非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,获取的安全性和可行性较高,在对患者进一步治疗条件下,能有效降低患者的复发率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of secondary urethral resection of T1 non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, we received 40 patients with T1 non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. These patients were treated with urethral resection for the first time and were treated with Re-TUR at the later stage. Results All patients successfully completed the operation and no complications were found. After pathological examination, 5 cases of recurrence were found, 2 of which were residual tumor tumors and 3 were new tumors. After three months of follow-up, 7 patients had relapsed, of which 3 were positive for Re-TUR and 4 were negative for Re-TUR. Conclusion After urethral resection of the urethra for patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer of T1, the safety and feasibility of the treatment are high. Under the condition of further treatment, the recurrence rate of patients can be effectively reduced.
