围术期护理干预在髋关节置换术中预防感染的效果观察

Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Infection in Hip Replacement

目的探讨围术期护理干预在髋关节置换术中预防感染的效果。方法在2016年12月至2017年12月内,选取本院收治的127例患者,均行全髋关节置换术治疗,利用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组63例行常规护理,观察组64例实施综合护理干预,对比两组术中感染情况及护理效果。结果观察组术中感染率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),手术操作时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),而术后住院时间则明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对行髋关节置换术患者,在其围术期,通过开展综合护理干预,能显著降低术后感染率,提高手术治疗效果,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on prevention of infection in hip replacement. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 127 patients admitted to our hospital were treated with total hip arthroplasty. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, and 63 cases in control group. In the nursing and observation group, 64 patients underwent comprehensive nursing intervention, and the intraoperative infection and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the operation time was significantly shorter than the control group(P <0.05), and the postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce postoperative infection rate, improve surgical treatment, and have high clinical value.
