综合护理联合常规护理在妊高症患者中的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的研究探讨在妊高症的患者护理之中联合运用综合护理以及常规护理的效果。方法选取40例2016年3月至2018年3月于我院接受诊治的妊高症的患者,依据随机的原则分为两组,每组均为患者20例。对照组的患者接受常规性方案的护理,研究组的患者联合运用综合护理以及常规护理。对研究组的数据进行统计与分析,对比两组的患者护理的效果以及患者对于护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组的患者在联合护理之下里的效果和对照组相比显著要更好(P<0.05),并且研究组的患者与护理工作的满意情况也显著要更好(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠高血压的患者护理之中在妊高症的患者护理之中联合运用综合护理以及常规护理可以较好的控制患者病情,保障了母婴的安全,对于降低不良妊娠的发生率有较大的帮助,对于改善母婴的生活质量帮助较大,在临床上值得广泛推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of combined use of general care and routine care in the care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Forty patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. Each group had 20 patients. Patients in the control group received routine care, and patients in the study group used combined care and routine care. The data of the study group ’s data is statistically analyzed and analyzed. Comparing the effects of patient care in the two groups and the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing work. Results The effect of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction of the patients in the study group and the nursing work was also significantly better(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, combined use of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing in the care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can better control the patient’s condition and ensure the safety of mother and baby, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy. Great help is helpful for improving the quality of life of mothers and children, and it is widely recommended in clinical use.
