保心复律汤破壁饮片与倍他乐克联用治疗心律失常的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Arrhythmia with Baoxin Decoction Decoction and Betaloc

目的观察运用中药破壁饮片小组方保心复律汤联合倍他乐克在心律失常中治疗的效果。方法本组选择112例心律失常患者入院时间在2017年12月至2018年7月间,病例均来自彬县中医医院,对其进行随机分组,即对照组58例,治疗组54例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组加用倍他乐克治疗,治疗组则加用保心复律汤破壁饮片联合倍他乐克治疗,观察两组治疗后情况。结果经不同方案治疗后,对照组的总有效率是77.59%,而治疗组则是92.59%,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。不良反应观察中,治疗组只有3例存在不良反应,对照组有12例发生不良反应,对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对心律失常患者采用倍他乐克联合保心复律汤治疗方案疗效明显,不良反应减少,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of Fangbaoxin Supreme Decoction combined with Betaloc in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods 112 patients with arrhythmia were enrolled in the hospital between December 2017 and July 2018. All cases were from Binxian Chinese Medicine Hospital, which were randomly divided into 58 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the treatment group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with betaloc, and the treatment group was treated with Baoxin Supreme Decoction Broken Decoction combined with Betaloc. Observing the situation after treatment in both groups. Results After treatment with different regimens,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.59%, while that of the treatment group was 92.59%. There was a significant difference(P<0.05). In the adverse reaction observation, only 3 patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions, and 12 patients in the control group had adverse reactions, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Betaloc combined with Baoxin Suppressor Decoction in patients with arrhythmia has obvious curative effect and less adverse reactions, which is worth learning.
