CD38、RANTES及CAFs标志物在食管癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of CD38, RANTES and CAFs Markers in Esophageal Cancer

目的探究CD38、RANTES及CAFs标志物在食管癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选择2016年9月至2018年3月我院的54例食管癌患者,将食管癌组织标本设为实验组,另将食管癌癌旁组织标本设为对照组,应用免疫组化检测CD38、RANTES与CAFs标志物α-SMA、FAPα的表达情况。结果实验组CD38、RANTES以及α-SMA、FAPα的阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。且实验组中食管上皮从瘤变到癌变过程的CD38、RANTES、α-SMA、FAPα的阳性表达率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 CD38、RANTES及CAFs标志物在食管癌生长、浸润和蔓延方面发挥着一定的作用,有望成为临床预测食管癌患者预后的可靠指标。

Objective To explore the expression of CD38,RANTES and CAFs markers in esophageal cancer.Methods 54 cases of esophageal cancer were divided into experimental group and 54 cases of normal esophageal tissues adjacent to cancer were divided into control group. The expressions of CD38,RANTES and CAFs markersα-SMA and FAPα in the two groups were detected. Results The positive rates of CD38,RANTES,α-SMA and FAPα in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion CD38,RANTES and CAFs markers play a role in the growth, invasion and spread of esophageal cancer.
