综合干预护理对类风湿关节炎患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Intervention Nursing on Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探析综合护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者应用的临床效果。方法选择66例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,分为两组,各33例,对照组采用一般护理干预,观察组运用综合干预护理,对比两组患者护理前后的的关节疼痛评分、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、晨僵时间、DAS28评分、健康调查问卷评分。结果两组患者护理前以上各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过护理后以上各项指标均发生改善,且观察组患者关节疼痛评分、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、晨僵时间、DAS28评分、健康调查问卷评分改善程度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在类风湿关节炎患者中应用综合干预护理效果显著,临床护理中值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups, 33 in each group.The control group was given general nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of joint pain, joint swelling, joint tenderness, morning stiffness time, DAS28 score and Health assessment questionnaire before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the above indicators between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the above indicators improved, and the observation group patients’ joint pain score, joint swelling number, joint tenderness number, morning stiffness time, DAS28 score, Health assessment questionnaire were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive intervention nursing in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is remarkable, and it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
