探究针对性护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果

Exploring the Effect of Targeted Nursing in Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer

目的分析针对性护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法选定本院收治的腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者68例,以信封法分组,分对照组(34例,常规护理)、研究组(34例,针对性护理),比较手术情况、护理满意度、并发症。结果手术情况、护理满意度、并发症相比P<0.05。结论针对性护理可有效缩短腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者治疗时间,并发症较少。

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in radical resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with laparoscopic radical resection of the rectum were enrolled in this hospital. They were divided into the control group(34 cases, routine care) and the study group(34 cases, targeted care). The operation and nursing were compared. Satisfaction, complications. Results P< 0.05 for surgery, nursing satisfaction, and complications. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of the rectum, with fewer complications.
