Ret Cam Ⅲ在新生儿眼底疾病筛查中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Ret Cam Ⅲ in Screening Neonatal Fundus Diseases

目的探究Ret CamⅢ在新生儿眼底疾病筛查中的临床价值。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年4月期间收集的5000例行眼底疾病筛查的新生儿作为研究对象。将所有研究对象按照奇偶数顺序分成研究组、对照组,每组各2500例。给予对照组新生儿双目间接检眼镜检查,给予研究组新生儿Ret CamⅢ广域视网膜成像系统检测。观察、对比两组新生儿的眼睛检测结果。结果研究组新生儿总检出率为71.56%,对照组新生儿总检出率为45.60%,研究组新生儿总检出率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论给予行眼底疾病筛查的新生儿Ret CamⅢ广域视网膜成像系统检测能够有效提高检出率,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective Explore the clinical value of Ret Cam III in the screening of neonatal fundus diseases.Methods A total of 5,000 newborns who underwent screening for fundus diseases from February 2017 to September2018 were selected as subjects. All subjects were divided into study group and control group according to the order of odd and even, with 2500 cases in each group. A neonatal binocular indirect ophthalmoscope was administered to the control group and the study group was given a Ret Cam III wide-area retinal imaging system. Observe and compare the eye test results of the two groups of newborns. Results The total detection rate of neonates in the study group was 71.56%, and the total detection rate of neonates in the control group was 45.60%. The total detection rate of the newborns in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The detection of Ret Cam III wide-area retinal imaging system for neonatal fundus screening can effectively improve the detection rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
