喉癌患者术后并发咽瘘及咽瘘修补术后的综合治疗与护理

Comprehensive Treatment and Nursing of Patients with Laryngeal Cancer Complicated with Pharyngeal Fistula and Pharyngeal Fistula after Repair

目的探讨喉癌患者术后并发咽瘘及咽瘘修补术后的综合治疗与护理。方法回顾分析多例喉癌患者术后并发咽瘘的临床表现,以及咽瘘修补术后对该类患者实施全面系统的综合治疗和护理。结果经过医护一体的精心治疗护理,患者全部痊愈出院。结论喉癌术后咽瘘的发生因素较多,对喉癌患者术后并发咽瘘的护理要有针对性,观察患者临床表现,加强造瘘口周围皮肤护理、管道护理、饮食护理等,协助医生做好咽瘘的换药工作,咽瘘修补术后加强健康教育。实施全面系统的护理,才能确保诊疗效果,提高患者护理质量。

Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment and nursing of laryngeal cancer patients complicated with pharyngeal fistula and pharyngeal fistula after repair. Methods The clinical manifestations of pharyngeal fistula in patients with laryngeal cancer after operation were retrospectively analyzed, and comprehensive and systematic comprehensive treatment and nursing were given to these patients after pharyngeal fistula repair.Results All the patients recovered and discharged after intensive treatment and nursing. Conclusion There are many factors affecting the occurrence of pharyngeal fistula after laryngeal cancer surgery, the treatment of postoperative pharyngeal fistula in patients with laryngeal cancer should be targeted,to observe the clinical manifestations of patients, strengthen skin care around the stoma, pipeline care, diet care, etc,assist the doctor in the dressing change of the pharyngeal fistula,strengthen health education after pharyngeal hernia repair.Implementing a comprehensive system of care can ensure the effectiveness of the treatment and improve the quality of patient care.
