刺激排痰对老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者康复效果的影响研究

Effect of Stimulating Drainage on Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis and Pulmonary Infection

目的研究刺激排痰对老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者康复效果的影响。方法选择老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者作为本次研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将100例老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施刺激排痰,对照组实施常规治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者治疗总有效率高于对照组、血氧饱和度变化较对照组指标更有优势(P<0.05)。结论刺激排痰对提高老年慢性支气管炎并肺部感染患者康复效果具有重要意义,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of stimulating sputum excretion on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection. Methods Elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection were selected as the study subjects. 100 patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection were divided into two groups, including two groups. The observation group implement stimulation and drainage, the control group implement conventional treatment, analysis of the two groups of treatment effects. Results The total effective rate of treatment in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection was higher than that in the control group,the change of blood oxygen saturation was more favorable than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Stimulation of sputum excretion is of great significance in improving the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary infection, it is worthy of study.
