早期综合康复治疗急性脑血栓脑梗死患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation for Patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis and Cerebral Infarction

目的了解对急性脑血栓脑梗死患者在早期阶段进行综合康复治疗方案。方法取急性脑血栓脑梗死患者60例为分析对象,根据对患者的治疗手段将其以每组30例分为对照组与观察组,对应给予常规急性脑血栓脑梗死治疗、早期综合康复治疗。比较两种治疗方案对患者的病情干预效果。结果在肌力恢复方面,观察组患者成功恢复到4级与5级的例数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后比较患者各项相关指标包括日常生活能力、上肢运动能力、下肢运动能力、神经功能,两组患者治疗后各项指标均有改善,观察组改善情况更具优越性(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑血栓脑梗死患者在早期阶段给予综合康复治疗对于恢复肌力、身体康复以及顺利回归社会生活有积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To understand the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction in the early stage. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study. According to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients, 30 patients in each group were divided into control group and observation group. Corresponding to the treatment of routine acute cerebral thrombosis and early comprehensive rehabilitation. Compare the effects of the two treatment regimens on the patient’s condition. Results In terms of muscle strength recovery, the number of patients who successfully recovered to grade 4 and grade 5 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The living ability, upper limb exercise ability, lower limb exercise ability, and neurological function were improved after treatment. The improvement of the observation group was more superior(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction in the early stage is of positive significance for restoring muscle strength, physical rehabilitation and smooth return to social life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
