单髁置换术治疗膝内侧间室骨关节炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty for Medial Compartment Osteoarthritis of Knee

目的探讨单髁置换术(Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty,UKA)治疗膝内侧间室骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析30例用单髁置换术治疗的膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者,记录手术前后膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)及关节活动度。结果所有30例患者均进行随访,随访时间18～29个月,平均22个月。术后患者膝关节HSS评分及关节活动度均较术前提高,VAS评分较术前降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在严格把握手术适应证的前提下,UKA是膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的一种有效治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA) in the treatment of medial compartment arthritis. Methods Thirty patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee treated with unicondylar replacement were retrospectively analyzed. Visual analogue score(VAS), knee joint score(HSS)and range of joint motion were recorded before and after operation. Results All 30 patients were followed up for an average of 22 months, ranging from 18~29 months. Postoperative knee HSS score and range of joint motion were higher than those before operation, VAS score was lower than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion UKA is an effective treatment for medial compartment osteoarthritis of knee joint on the premise of strictly grasping surgical indications.
