摘要
目的探讨分析直接药敏试验在血液细菌检验中的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的需行血液细菌检验的患者100例为研究对象,分别对其行常规药敏试验与直接药敏试验,对比两种试验方式的结果。结果 (1)不同药敏检验方式检测血液细胞的符合率:经常规药敏试验鉴定革兰氏阴性菌60例,革兰氏阳性菌40例;直接药敏试验结果显示革兰氏阴性菌58例,革兰氏阳性菌37例;(2)两种药敏试验方式检查时间比较:常规药敏试验检查时间(57.2±5.1)h,直接药敏试验检查时间为(12.5±2.4)h;计算结果:药敏试验时间比较(P=0.000)。直接药敏试验所用时间更短于常规药敏试验所用时间,两组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对患者行血液细菌检验中,采用直接药敏试验方式对药物的检出率与敏感性高,且检验时间短,可在临床中广泛普及应用。
Objective To explore the application value of direct drug sensitivity test in blood bacteria test.Methods One hundred patients who underwent blood bacterium testing in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. The routine susceptibility test and direct susceptibility test were performed respectively. The results of the two test methods were compared. Results(1) The coincidence rate of blood cells was detected by different drug susceptibility test methods: 60 cases of Gram-negative bacteria and 40 cases of Grampositive bacteria were identified by routine susceptibility test;the results of direct drug susceptibility test showed Gram-negative bacteria 58 cases, 37 cases of Gram-positive bacteria;(2) Comparison of two drug sensitivity test methods: routine drug sensitivity test time(57.2±5.1)h, direct drug sensitivity test time(12.5±2.4)h;Comparison of drug susceptibility test time(P=0.000). The time used in the direct susceptibility test was shorter than that used in the conventional susceptibility test. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion In the blood bacterium test for patients, the direct susceptibility test was used. The detection rate and sensitivity of the drug are high, and the test time is short, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
