摘要
目的分析问题学习下的(PBL)联合情景模拟教学法在日间手术中心规范化培训护士带教中应用效果,为提高临床培训质量和培训满意度提供参考。方法选取2016年7月-2018年12月期间在我院日间手术中心病房规培护士共计40名,将其采用数字表法等分为两组,对照组20名护生采用传统带教模式,观察组20名护士采用PBL联合情景模拟教学带教模式,对比两组教学方法的效果。结果观察组护生在理论成绩和技能操作成绩方面均明显优于对照组,且观察组护生对于教学模式的满意度也明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在日间手术中心病房规培护士带教中应用PBL联合情景模拟教学模式,能够显著提高护士的学习积极性,从而提高规培护士的培训效果和满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with situational simulation teaching method in the standardized training of nurses in daytime operation centers, and to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical teaching. Methods A total of 40 nurses were selected from the daytime operation center of our hospital from 2017 to 2018. They were divided into two groups by digital table method. Twenty nursing students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching mode. Twenty nurses in the observation group were taught by PBL combined with situational simulation teaching mode. The effects of teaching methods in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in theory and skill operation, and the satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching mode in the standardized training and teaching of daytime operation center can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm of nurses, thus improving the training effect of nurses.
