采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉系统治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Poximal Femoral Anti-rotation Intramedullary nail System in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in the Elderly

目的探讨分析对高龄股骨转子间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉系统治疗的效果。方法选择本院2016年7月至2018年10月收治的股骨转子间骨折患者25例作为研究对象。在接受治疗过程中,所有患者均通过股骨近端防旋髓内钉系统进行治疗。观察、记录、分析高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间等指标。结果 25例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者,在实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗后,术后均恢复良好。对患者实施X线片检查后,患者骨折位置的内固定效果良好。25例患者术中出血量平均为(90.19±3.63)mL;患者手术时间平均为(50.61±10.28)min;患者的骨折愈合时间平均为(3.32±0.23)个月。在对患者6个月的术后随访中,患者均未出现泌尿系统感染、深静脉血栓、肢体短缩等严重并发症。结论在临床治疗过程中,对高龄股骨转子间骨折患者实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉系统干预,具有术中失血少、手术时间短、创面小、术后并发症少等益处,值得在临床推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail system in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Twenty-five patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.During the course of treatment, all patients were treated with a proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail system.Observed,recorded, and analyzed the length of incision, intraoperative blood loss, and operation time in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Results Twenty-five elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with internal fixation of the proximal femur and intramedullary nailing.After X-ray examination of the patient, the internal fixation effect of the patient’s fracture position is good. The average intraoperative blood loss was(90.19±3.63)mL in 25 patients;the average operation time was(50.61±10.28)min;the fracture healing time of patients was(3.32±0.23)months.During the 6-month follow-up of the patient, there were no serious complications of urinary tract infection, deep vein thrombosis, and limb shortening in terms of complications. Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment, patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures with advanced femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail system have relatively less intraoperative blood loss, short operation time, less traumatic surface, postoperative complications and other benefits, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
