探究规范手术室护理对关节置换手术感染的影响

Exploring the Impact of Standardized Operating Room Care on Infections in Joint Replacement Surgery

目的分析规范手术室护理对关节置换手术感染的影响。方法在2017年6月到2018年6月开展本次研究,总共选取在我院接受手术治疗的160例患者作为案例进行研究。分组方式以随机数字法为主,常规组采取传统护理模式,实验组采取规范化护理。总结并对比两组患者的护理差错、缺陷以及感染发生率。结果实验组的护理差错、护理缺陷以及护理感染的数据相对于常规组而言有明显优势,各项数据对比结果均有意义(P<0.05)。结论规范手术室护理对关节置换手术感染的影响突出,能够规范手术室护理服务,对关节置换手术感染影响突出,值得在临床当中推广并普及。

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized operating room nursing on infection of joint replacement surgery. Methods The study was conducted from June 2017 to June 2018. A total of 160 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital were selected as a case study. The grouping method is based on random number method, the conventional group adopts the traditional nursing mode, and the experimental group adopts standardized nursing. Summarize and compare the nursing errors, defects and infection rates of the two groups of patients. Results The data of nursing errors, nursing defects and nursing infections in the experimental group had obvious advantages compared with the conventional group. The comparison results of the data were significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Standardized operating room nursing has a significant impact on joint replacement surgery infection. It can standardize operating room nursing services and has a significant impact on joint replacement surgery infection. It is worthy of promotion and popularization in clinical practice.
