优质护理在老年溃疡性结肠炎病人护理中的实践

Practice of Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的分析将优质护理措施应用在老年溃疡性结肠炎患者中的方法与效果。方法研究对象是本院2018年全年收治的老年溃疡性结肠炎患者,共计收治患者100例。将全部患者分组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有50例。给对照组患者实施的护理措施为常规护理,给观察组患者实施的是优质护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果比较两组患者的护理总有效率,还比较了两组患者的护理满意度,观察组均显著优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理措施应用在老年溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理过程中效果佳。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of applying high quality nursing measures in elderly patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods The subjects of the study were 100 elderly patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital in 2018. All patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with50 cases in each group. The nursing measures for patients in the control group were routine nursing, while those in the observation group were high-quality nursing measures. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Comparing the total effective rate of nursing between the two groups, and comparing the satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing measures in the nursing process of elderly patients with ulcerative colitis has a good effect.
