温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床随机对照研究

Clinical Randomized Controlled Study of Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

目的探究温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 2015.11-2017.11,从本院收治KOA诊断标准的患者中选取88例作为研究对象。依照入院号单双数分成常规治疗组和针灸治疗组。记录并对比两组患者的Lequesne评分和VAS评分。结果治疗结束时,两组患者Lequesne疗效评分均降低,且组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗半年之后,针灸组患者Lequesne疗效评分继续降低,而常规组患者Lequesne疗效评分上升,组间比较存在差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,且组间比较,针灸组低于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗半年之后,两组VAS评分上升,组间比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,有助于减轻患者膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,并且远期治疗效果更好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods 88 patients with KOA were selected from our hospital. The patients were divided into routine treatment group and acupuncture treatment group according to the number of admission. Lequesne scores and VAS scores were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results At the end of the treatment, the Lequesne scores of the two groups decreased, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), and after half a year of treatment, the Lequesne scores of the patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion group continued to decline. The VAS score of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference between the acupuncture and moxibustion groups was significant(P<0.05), while the score of Lequesne in the routine group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05), and the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment, the VAS score of the two groups increased, and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint is helpful to alleviate the pain of knee joint and improve the function of knee joint.
