舒适护理在ICU护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in ICU Nursing

目的探讨在ICU患者的护理中实施舒适护理的方法以及效果。方法选取本院ICU患者共计62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将入选患者分成两组,其中对照组中31例患者接受ICU常规护理,研究组31例患者则在以上基础上加强舒适护理,比较两组患者的ICU综合征发生率、护理依从率以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的ICU综合征发生率明显比对照组患者低,护理依从率以及护理满意度明显比对照组高,组间比较,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU患者中开展优质护理服务有助于提升患者的配合依从性,降低患者发生ICU综合征的概率,使患者舒适度以及疗效得到提升。

Objective To explore the method and effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of ICU patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with ICU in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random digital table method, among them, 31 patients in the control group received routine nursing care with ICU,on the basis of the above, 31 patients in the study group were given comfort care, the incidence of ICU syndrome,nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of ICU syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the rate of nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing care in patients with ICU can improve the compliance of patients,reduce the probability of occurrence of ICU syndrome, and improve the comfort and efficacy of patients with ICU syndrome.
