持续封闭式负压引流联合银离子敷料在慢性难愈性创面修复患者中的应用及护理

目的对慢性难愈性创面修复患者按照持续封闭式负压引流联合银离子敷料展开治疗以及给予有效护理干预的效果进行分析。方法选入病例56例,为2017年2月至2018年8月所接诊,取组中28例,以常规治疗以及护理,即对照组,余下展开持续封闭式负压引流联合银离子敷料治疗并展开护理干预,即观察组。对比两组治疗效果。结果在有效率以及治愈用时上,观察组均具备优势,P<0.05。结论对慢性难愈性创面修复患者按照持续封闭式负压引流联合银离子敷料治疗并展开有效护理干预,可保障该类患者治疗效果,加快其恢复速度。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous closed vacuum drainage combined with silver ion dressing on patients with chronic refractory wound repair and the effect of effective nursing intervention. Methods A total of 56 patients were enrolled in the study from February 2017 to August 2018. Twenty-eight patients in the group were treated with routine treatment and nursing, that is the control group. The rest were treated with continuous closed negative pressure drainage combined with silver ion dressing and nursing intervention, that is the observation group. Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observation group had an advantage in terms of efficiency and healing time, P<0.05. Conclusion According to the continuous closed negative pressure drainage combined with silver ion dressing and effective nursing intervention for patients with chronic refractory wound repair,the therapeutic effect of these patients can be guaranteed and the recovery speed can be accelerated.
