乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Azithromycin Lactate in the Treatment of Bronchitis in Children

目的探究小儿支气管炎应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果。方法从本院收治的小儿支气管炎患儿中随机选择70例作为研究对象,治疗时间为2017年5月至2018年5月,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著比对照组(80%)的治疗总有效率高,组间差显著(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组咳嗽消失时间、住院时间、啰音消失时间均更快,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为28.57%,观察组不良反应发生率为5.71%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管炎应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗,临床效果优越,能够快速改善患者的症状,且具有较高的治疗安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment with azithromycin lactate in children with bronchitis. Methods A total of 70 children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital were randomLy selected as subjects.The treatment time was from May 2017 to May 2018. They were randomLy divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was given azithromycin lactate treatment on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%). The difference between the groups was significant(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the cough disappearance time and hospitalization in the observation group. The time and voice disappeared faster, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was28.57%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%. The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of bronchitis in children with azithromycin lactate has excellent clinical effect, can quickly improve the symptoms of patients, and has high therapeutic safety.
