分期针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Treatment on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨分析分期针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月-2018年1月间我院收治的88例周围性面神经麻痹患者,并随机平均分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规针刺疗法进行治疗,而观察组采用分期针刺疗法进行治疗,观察对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.45%,经统计分析,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面神经麻痹患者采用分期针刺疗法的临床疗效显著,可更为有效的改善患者临床症状,缓解病情,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Eighty-eight patients with peripheral facial paralysis were enrolled in our hospital from February 2008 to January1818. They were randomLy divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy, while the observation group was treated with staging needle. The treatment was performed by thorn therapy, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.45%. After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of staging acupuncture on patients with peripheral facial paralysis is significant, which can improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the disease more effectively. It has clinical application value.
