原发性高血压的中医护理干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on Essential Hypertension

目的探析对原发性高血压患者进行中医护理干预的相关措施和临床价值。方法取笔者所在医院内科2018年诊疗老年高血压患者80例为分析对象,根据对患者护理具体内容差异为准每组40例分为对照组与观察组,对应常规原发性高血压护理、联合高血压针对性中医护理。比较两种护理方案对原发性高血压的临床价值。结果相对于护理前,两组患者接受干预后高血压指标均得到有效改善,观察组患者干预后改善幅度显著优于对照组且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对所接受护理干预方案满意度评价显著高于对照组且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性高血压患者在常规干预护理基础上配合中医护理干预,能够提高对血压的控制效果,对构建和谐护患氛围也有促进影响,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the relevant measures and clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with essential hypertension. Methods The author took the author’s internal medicine department in the hospital for treatment of 80 elderly patients with hypertension in 2018. According to the specific content of patient care, 40 patients in each group were divided into control group and observation group,corresponding to conventional essential hypertension. Nursing, combined with high blood pressure targeted Chinese medicine care. Compare the clinical value of two nursing regimes for essential hypertension. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the hypertension indexes of the two groups were effectively improved after intervention. The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction evaluation of the nursing intervention program was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention nursing can improve the control effect on blood pressure and promote the construction of harmonious nurses’ atmosphere. It is worth promoting.
